Continental Tyre Malaysia Launches Total Confidence Plan On 60th Anniversary Of Local Production
Continental Tyres Malaysia’s Total Confidence Plan (TCP) gives extra warranties for peace of mind.
In conjunction with the festive season and celebrations of being the first tyre manufacturer in Malaysia for 60 years, Continental Tyre Malaysia has launched its newly upgraded Total Confidence Plan (TCP) extra warranty program. This comprehensive package of extra warranties and services is designed to provide drivers with peace of mind, and there are also e-wallet rewards for those looking to purchase brand-new tyres from Continental.
The Total Confidence Plan includes a 12-month road hazard coverage, 1-to-1 tyre replacements, and an easy-to-use mobile app for one-stop solutions and claims. With over 100 participating dealers nationwide, drivers can be confident that they will be able to receive the best services and support when they need it.
Ms Andrea Somorova, Managing Director of Continental Tyre Malaysia, said, “We are pleased to launch the upgraded version of the Total Confidence Plan that offers our drivers extra warranty coverage. What better time than Raya celebrations when drivers hit the roads to “balik kampung” to celebrate the festivities with family. The Continental TCP program is here to stay, and we hope that our consumers and drivers will take this opportunity to register for extra protection and peace of mind.”
The Total Confidence Plan is accessible at drivers’ fingertips, and they can register and file for a warranty claim anytime and anywhere using the Conti TCP app, available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Drivers need to register their personal details and upload an official invoice. During tyre registration, they need to scan the barcode at the lower sidewall of the tyres before installation. Once they receive the current warranty and offer period, the application is complete, and drivers can enjoy their first 12 months of total confidence with Continental.
To further sweeten the deal, Continental Tyre Malaysia is offering Touch&Go e-wallet vouchers via the Conti TCP app for those who purchase a minimum of two Continental-branded tyres at any participating dealer nationwide or on Continental’s official Shopee store.
This promotion is applicable for all 14” and above passenger car, SUV, MPV, and 4×4 tyres.
