Many Malaysians are still unaware that breast cancer is the most common cancer affecting women in our country. This is why it’s absolutely important to get informed and spread the word. This 15th and 16th October, join Federal Auto Cars (FAC) for the Pinktober Drive in conjunction with Breast Cancer Awareness month and help with the cause.
Activities are planned in support of the Breast Cancer Welfare Association in all three of Federal Auto Cars’ Volvo outlets in Glenmarie, Kuala Lumpur and Penang.
This coming weekend, head to any of the 3 Federal Auto Cars showrooms and be treated to a BearBrick Pouring workshop conducted by the good people from The Weekend Workshop. Just head to this link to sign up. Hurry though, slots are extremely limited.
There are only 3 sessions per outlet with the Glenmarie and KL showrooms capable of taking 12 pax per session and the Penang showroom capable of accommodating just 4 to a session.
Participants will also have a chance to test drive and book a huge selection of Volvo cars after or before the activities.
At the RSVP link here, include the models you wish to test drive as well as your personal details. You ought to receive your invitation via SMS and email.
Volvo Cars currently offers the XC90, XC60, XC40, S90, S60, and V60. They’ve also got the only locally-assembled battery electric vehicle in Malaysia in the form of the XC40 Recharge Pure Electric. What’s more, a selection of approved pre-owned XC90 SUVs are available, so there’s something for everybody.
The Breast Cancer Welfare Association will also have a booth set up at the Glenmarie and KL outlets. At these booths will be products made by breast cancer survivors and a silicon breast model for an early detection demonstration. Leaflets with information on breast cancer as well as a donation box will also be present for those who want to support the association and their work.
