Mitsubishi Motors Will Home Deliver New Cars To Customers In The Klang Valley

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia will be offering home delivery services to all new customers in the Klang Valley.

While things are returning to normal, the pandemic is far from over. So Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has rolled out a new service that will make customers more comfortable with the idea of buying a new car from them. That service is home delivery. If customers don’t feel safe picking their vehicle up from the showroom, they can have their vehicle delivered right to their doorstep with a single car carrier.

This follows the introduction of other efforts by the car company to improve the car shopping experience for customers. This includes Virtual Viewing, Test Drive 2U, and Booking Assist. The Home Delivery service is only available to customers who book their vehicle through Mitsubishi’s Online Showroom. Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia currently offers the Xpander, Triton and Outlander.

Here’s what Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia’s CEO, Tomoyuki Shinnishi had to say about their new Home Delivery Service:

“As Malaysia prepares to transition from the COVID-19 pandemic to the endemic phase, Mitsubishi Motors makes an effort to ensure that our digital services are improved for customer’s safety and convenience. We want to provide an option for customers to shop online, offering something unorthodox to car ownership. We offer a one-stop digital service from viewing the car 360’ via the virtual showroom, booking a Test Drive 2U, finalizing the sales process online such as Booking, as well as Trade-In and having the new car delivered right to their doorstep.”

He added, “This service will first be rolled-out in the Klang Valley, followed by other regions in the near future.”

The home delivery service is only applicable for customers who successfully book and register a Mitsubishi online via the Mitsubishi Online Service platform: https://www.mitsubishi-motors.com.my/onlineshowroom/
