Honda Malaysia has launched the HondaTouch mobile application, which is designed as a communication platform between dealers, customers and the company itself.
Available on both the iPhone and Android smartphones, the app comes with 10 distinct features that will provide convenience to Honda customers. They are:

- Find Your Nearest Dealer
- Emergency Assistance
- Insurance Renewal Reminder

The app is not exclusive to Honda owners as it can also be registered by non-Honda customers who want to keep up with the latest news, promotions and events. Speaking of news, Honda Malaysia recently launched the all-new City and the CR-V facelift.

Honda Malaysia (or the Company) today introduced its latest innovative digital feature, the HondaTouch application which raises the engagement digitally with Honda and Non-Honda customers. Available on Apple iOS and Android smartphones, the HondaTouch application is a convenient platform shared by customers, Honda Authorised Dealers and Honda Malaysia featuring ten distinct features. Easing owner’s accessibility to their vehicle and its information wherever they are, the HondaTouch application provides peace of mind, convenience and most importantly, the Joy of Owning a Honda car.
Commenting on the latest digital platform introduction, Honda Malaysia Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Toichi Ishiyama said, “The HondaTouch application is designed to provide convenience and ease of communication between Honda Authorised Dealers and customers, allowing easy access to obtain vehicle service information; vehicle assistance, and updates from Honda Malaysia. The ten distinct features offered by the HondaTouch application include Service Appointment Booking, Service Appointment Reminder, Real-Time Service Status Tracking, Service History, and Find Your Nearest Dealer. Through a complete dealer listing in the application, Honda owners can directly make service appointments with their preferred dealers for more convenience. Dealers will be alerted, and confirmation of appointments will be sent to the owners via the application. A pop-up notification will appear on their smartphones as a reminder to the Honda owners. With all these important information at their fingertips through the HondaTouch application, owners can go about their daily lives with peace of mind.
Additionally, they can also keep tabs on all information about their vehicle such as service appointment reminder, service status tracking whereby owners can monitor the progress of the car servicing status through the application as well as their vehicle service history.
Another important aspect of the HondaTouch application is its one-stop feature for Emergency Assistance. In the event of a breakdown or accident, owners can contact the roadside assistance service through the application for immediate assistance. Besides that, Honda owners will be able to receive notification on their Insurance Renewal Reminder through the application which provides utmost convenience and flexibility to the customers in planning their next course of action.
HondaTouch can also be registered by Non-Honda customers. Both Honda and Non-Honda customers can stay connected with Honda Malaysia via the HondaTouch application through its Promotions, Events and Updates features. They will receive latest news and updates of Honda promotions, ongoing and future events and other activities by Honda Malaysia. HondaTouch also offers the New Car Pre-Booking feature, the 1st digital pre-booking platform for Honda Malaysia. This hassle-free feature enables customers to place booking for their preferred model from Honda Malaysia’s line-upon the application without having to go to a dealership as it can be done from anywhere at anytime.
