To help its customers reduce their burden during these difficult times, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC) has announced a ‘Service Relief Promotion’ that offers savings on Ford vehicle service and parts.
Running from today until July 30, the promotion offers discounts of up to 20% on selected parts including brakes and timing belt packages. There is also a 10% discount on the labour charges for said packages.
On top of that, customers can also take advantage of the free 27-point vehicle inspection conducted by Ford-certified technicians.
In line with crowd control and social distancing practices, customers are required to make an appointment before visiting. They can do so via the online service appointment form or by calling their nearest authorised service centre or the Customer Care Hotline at 1300 38 3181.

Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, today announced its ‘Service Relief Promotion’ with savings of up to 20 percent for vehicle service and parts starting 10 June till 30 July 2020 to provide customers with more savings and peace of mind during these challenging times.

Service with Up to 20% Savings
Customers can benefit from savings offered on parts and service when they make a vehicle service appointment at any Ford authorised service centre from 1 June till 30 July 2020. For added peace-of-mind, all Ford owners can take advantage of the free 27-point vehicle inspection conducted by Ford-certified technicians to ensure their vehicles are in tip-top condition.
SDAC is also offering further savings of up to 20 percent on selected parts1. Only original equipment manufacture (OEM) parts are used, providing greater assurance of quality and confidence.
Customers can also enjoy a 20 percent discount on brake and timing belt packages, up to 20 percent discount on lubricant package, on top of the 10 percent labour discount for the said packages.

“We would like to assure our customers that we have taken the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our staff and visitors which includes, practicing social distancing. At certain showrooms, we require all visitors to perform temperatures checks upon entering the premise, in addition to supplying hand sanitiser dispensers located in the showrooms.” he added.
Safeguarding Your Warranty
During Movement Control Order, customers may have been prevented from making a warranty service appointment before their warranties reached the final time or mileage limit. With that, we will offer customers in this situation the opportunity to schedule their warranty service repair appointment with us before 30 June 2020.
