BMW owners can now get their vehicles serviced at a location of their choosing thanks to the newly launched Auto Bavaria i-Service.
Through a mobile app, customers will be able to book their service appointments, check their vehicle service history, view the service progress, and make payments.
There is also a ‘track & chat’ that will help customers track the location of the i-Service vehicle and chat with technicians to monitor the work progress.
For now, Auto Bavaria is providing three i-Service vehicles to cater to prime areas in Klang Valley within 40 km radius from Auto Bavaria dealerships.
Every i-service vehicle is equipped with the latest tools and equipment, manned by experienced and qualified technicians using only BMW genuine parts.

Auto Bavaria, the largest authorised dealer representative for the premium automaker BMW in Malaysia has launched a first-of-its-kind service for BMW vehicle owners, enabling their cars the service convenience of at their door step, by just booking for their service needs and necessities through Auto Bavaria mobile app.
The Auto Bavaria mobile application enables customers to book their service appointments, check their vehicle service history, view the service progress, and make payments – all in one application. It also has a special ‘track & chat’ feature to track the location of the i-Service vehicle and chat with technicians to monitor the progress of their vehicle being serviced.
Customers can direct the i-Service vehicle to a location closest to them – be it at home or at the workplace within 40 kilometres radius from Auto Bavaria dealerships – to perform scheduled maintenance services including oil change, brake pad change, tyre change, tyre balancing and battery change, saving them a trip to the service centre.

The Auto Bavaria i-Service operates six days a week except public holidays, between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.
