Honda RS150R V2 Supercub Launched in Malaysia

Boon Siew Honda kicks off the year 2020 with the launch of the updated Honda RS150R (V2) supercub.

Featuring a sportier design, the RS150R now comes with a redesigned rear fender that houses a sleeker brake light with separate turn signals.

Apart from new graphics, the model is now available with the Honda Trico colour scheme, alongside the existing options of Pearl Magellanic Black, Pearl Nightfall Blue and Repsol Edition.

Also included in this update is a digital LCD speedometer panel that offers the rider a range of information characterized by a digital rev counter and a central speedometer display.

As before, power is provided by a 150 cc single-cylinder DOHC engine that is equipped with liquid cooling system and PGM-FI (Programmed Fuel Injection).

Producing 15.6 PS at 9,000 rpm and 13.6 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm, the engine is mated to a six-speed transmission.

Prices start from RM8,199 for the standard version (Trico, Pearl Magellanic Black and Pearl Nightfall Blue) and from RM8,499 for the Repsol Edition. The RS150R comes with a two-year/20,000-km manufacturer’s warranty.
