There are many commercial vehicle owners who are fooling Puspakom inspectors every time they go in for an inspection with many ‘smart’ tricks and ending up back on the road ‘fogging’ up our cities with pollutants. When will this stop? Can we report them just like what we are doing here……by taking a picture like this and reporting them? Ideas please.
