Proton Gets into the Malaysia Book of Records for the 31st Time

The Ace the Space contest saw participants form teams consisting of their family and friends from the same gender squeeze into a PROTON MPV.

As a result of the contest, PROTON broke a 17-year-old record in the Malaysia Book of Records for “Most People in an MPV” with 55 people in the Proton Exora. The record was set by Team Girls Power from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UNIMAP).

With a total of 31 entries in various editions of the Malaysia Book of Records, PROTON is the leading Malaysian automotive manufacturer mentioned in the book. Among those entries, 10 were achieved solely by PROTON while the others were set by using a Proton car. PROTON plans to attempt for a new record in the Guinness Book of World Records.
