1967 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Wins The Royal Langkawi Classic Car Concourse

Restored Giulia Ti takes top honours at this years show.

Malaysian Alfa Romeo enthusiast and collector has taken a great win in Langkawi this weekend. His beautifully restored ‘baby’ had blossomed. Here below are the before restoration pictures.

This 1967 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti (light blue car) had undergone a 5-year nut & bolt ground up restoration in Bangkok to immaculate condition. It received its factory colour Aqua de Fonte. Most parts were replaced by hard to find NOS (new old stock) and trimmings were either replated, rechromed or refinished to ‘as new’ condition by craftsmen from Europe or Thailand. Here below are the after restoration work pictures.

This Giulia TI is also a champion in her class 1966’ to 1975 for best restoration and originality judged by a team of professional international panel of judges at the Royal Langkawi Classic Car Concourse.

  1. Dear Sirs,

Thank you very much for this impressive report. I am an enthusiast of classic Italian cars and I am really impressed about the restoratíon of this “exoctic” car far away from Italy.
In approx, 4 weeks I will be in Langkawi for vacation and I would be more than happy for a meeting with the owner of this car.
Maybe it is a chance for a fruitful discussion.
    Many THANKS in advance.

    Best regards from Munich
    Michael
