It was an evening to rival any L.A. glam event and it was in Kuala Lumpur. The famous and the beautiful came in the best kits and ready to show their love for the best wrist piece, Bell & Ross.
Bell & Ross is proud to unveil its latest timepiece, the next generation – BR-X2 Tourbillon Micro Rotor that continues to innovate by going extreme into the simplification of watchmaking construction.
A special preview cocktail event hosted by Bell & Ross was held at Element Hotel KL last night in the presence of Bell & Ross and Cortina Watch VIPs, guests, watch enthusiasts, celebrities and media. The spanking new Element Hotel by Westin is a soaring eco-friendly hotel with unparalleled views of KL skyline. The setup and decor of preview event on Level 39 of the new hotel mimicked BR-X2’s transparent look. It was completed with a custom built see through stage over the pool where models sashayed on it showcasing the new timepiece.
At the event, guests had a sneak peak of the next generation BR-X2’s movement which is developed and manufactured to be square and thin, called the caliber BR380. To add, BR-X2 is not housed in a traditional watch case, it is framed inside a holder which is cut in a solid plate of stainless steel as thin as the movement itself. The entire timepiece is built around the movement, which is the central piece, the masterpiece.
Bell & Ross also announced its month-long lifestyle pop-up store in collaboration with Cortina Watch, from 1 to 31 August 2017 on Level 1, Suria KLCC. The pop-up store will see an exhibition showcasing BR-X2 Tourbillon Micro Rotor and the full collection of the BR-X1.
BR-X1 has always staying ahead of its time, is a high-tech chronograph with a sporty design, which is as robust as it is sophisticated. Revolutionary in its design, it was not just the beginning of a whole new chapter in the saga of the brand but the timepiece is much more than a top-of-the-range contemporary sports watch: it is the “Ultimate Utility Watch”.
