The Grasser Racing Team is continuing to gain international success with the Lamborghini Huracán GT3. The last one in chronological order has come from the Red Bull Ring, the home track of the Austrian team supported by Lamborghini Squadra Corse.
The third round of the ADAC GT Masters saw the victory in Race 2 of the Huracán GT3 number 63 driven by the Lamborghini Factory Driver Christian Engelhart and his teammate Rolf Ineichen. Thanks to Engelhart’s perfect qualifying session, the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 started from the pole position and led the race from the green to checkered flag.
The victory at the Red Bull Ring has been the second out of three seasonal rounds in the prestigious German ADAC GT Masters, after the one scored at the Lausitzring by the Grasser Racing Team at the end of May, thanks to the Lamborghini Factory Driver Mirko Bortolotti and the GT3 Junior Driver Ezequiel Perez Companc.
This duo, at the Red Bull Ring, secured a solid eighth position which allowed them to keep their fifth place in the championship standings, ahead of their teammates Engelhart and Ineichen.
The next round of the ADAC GT Masters is scheduled on the weekend of 21-23 July at Zandvoort.
