Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Commercial Vehicles (MBM CV) together with authorised dealer, Hap Seng Commercial Vehicle (HSCV), recently introduced its full-fledged 3S Commercial Vehicle (CV) Centre in Malaysia. This comes as MBM CV and its network dealers continue to raise the bar with best in class trucks and service quality.
Strategically located in Telok Gong, Klang, the HSCV 3S Centre (Klang) is fully equipped to facilitate sales, service (repair and maintenance) and financial services for both brands – Mercedes-Benz and FUSO commercial vehicles.
The HSCV 3S Centre (Klang) is a 1 acre premise equipped with facilities capable of servicing up to 200 commercial vehicles per month. The facility is operated by a dedicated administration and technical team.
With the opening of this sixth CV centre, MBM CV and HSCV now have further expanded their presence in Peninsula Malaysia (East and West Coast) and East Malaysia. These 3S CV Centres, located in Kinrara, Kuantan, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Miri, cater to both Mercedes-Benz and FUSO Commercial Vehicles. Further expansion plans can be expected in the coming years as MBM CV remains committed to meet the evolving needs of its customers. “We invest heavily in our dealership networks so we can continue to serve our growing customer base. Against the backdrop of challenging market conditions, MBM CV continues to demonstrate a resilient performance, recording a total of 2,612 vehicles sold in 2016 comprising FUSO light duty and heavy duty trucks as well as Mercedes-Benz trucks and vans.
