The arrival of the new BMW 330e plugin hybrid will offer Malaysian executive car buyers the option of moving up the vehicle food chain from high end Japanese and Korean executive sedans to the European segment. Why? Well the indicated pricing for this tax incentivized plugin hybrid sedan will be somewhere in the region of RM250,000 or so. Yes, that is just RM50-80k more than a premium Japanese sedan, but with BMW financing and a 5-year ownership warranty, many buyers will stretch their car buying budget and reduce their monthly entertainment, clothing and food budgets to sit behind the wheel of a BMW to work, back home and social outings.
BMW 330e plugin hybrid to arrive at below RM250k. Seriously?
