Specialist aftermarket supercharger tuner O.CT recently developed a compressor kit to unleash the potential from Lamborghini’s latest, the Huracan. From a stock 610 hp from its 5.2 liter V10, the Swiss firm takes output to a totally different level – to be precise, 805 hp and 810 Nm of tarmac-splitting torque. This particular supercharger works just as well with the new Audi R8 too.
Also developed specifically for this kit is an exhaust system that is 20kg lighter and also producing a more violent sound coming from the four exhaust tips.
How does this translate to real world performance? 0-100 km/h acceleration happens in a mere 2.5 seconds. Given a long enough straight, the O.CT-tuned Huracan goes to 200 km/h from rest in a scant 8.3 seconds. Maximum speed is described as being ‘beyond 325 km/h’, which does not sound very surprising.
It’s not all just about engine power though as the tuner has also come out with their own alloy design sized 20 inch in front and 21 inch at the back.
But really, it got us at 805hp.
