The 32nd Thailand International Motor Expo 2015 has kicked off. Car companies will be launching new models with enticing promotional offers to stimulate year-end market before the big tax change in Thailand. Car bookings are expected to reach up to 50,000 units and the number of visitors are estimated to be around 1.5 million by the end of the expo.
Kwanchai Paphatphong Organizing Chairman of the 32nd Motor Exporeveals that the event this year is held under the theme concept of “New Standards…Thai Vehicles Care About The Earth” and the event is honoured by M.L. Panadda Diskul, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office, who will preside over the official Opening Ceremony.

HYUNDAI HED-9 First unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, it is designed under the concept “Fluidic Sculpture Design 2.0”, using a small hydrogen fuel cell engine with 36Kw Lithium-ion batteries which can be fully recharged in just a few minutes, ready for a range of over 600 km.
MG CS The new Crossover SUV Concept that MG plans to manufacture and distribute in Thailand soon.
SUBARU VIZIV 2 CONCEPT The AWD 5-door Crossover SUV VIZIV 2 Concept has a plug-in hybrid powertrain consisting of a 1.6-litre direct injection turbo (DIT) engine with CVT transmission, 1 electric motor working with the engine to drive the front wheels, 2 electric motors to drive the rear wheels, and a lithium-ion battery pack.
TOYOTA FT-86 OPEN CONCEPT The FT-86 Open Concept is the convertible version of the Toyota Sport GT 86 – replacing its top by a navy blue folding soft top with glass rear window while retaining coupé form with the 2+2 configuration. The Concept is designed by Toyota Boshoku Milan Design (TBMD).
