Yes, it is confirmed, there will be a Ferrari Dino in showrooms by next year. Despite being called an ‘entry-level’ Ferrari model, the Dino will come with a starting price tag of around 185,000 EUR. Lighter and smaller than the 488 GTB, the car will be based on an all-new platform largely using aluminum. In terms of design, it will be influenced by the Pininfarina Sergio concept, featuring classic Dino references.
The new Dino (name not confirmed) will be powered by a 2.9-liter V6 engine and this will give this light and compact racer two power stages, 450 bhp (336 kW) and 600 bhp (448 kW). It will probably share its mechanicals with the Alfa 4C and maybe even some its design elements. (below, the original Dino)
