Jeb Scolman, who has previously worked on other custom bike builds like the Spirit of Munro, has now come up with this gorgeous 60s-pure speed-inspired rendition of the Indian Scout.
The only component that wasn’t completely custom was the 1200cc engine, which is the same kind you find in the 2015 Indian Scout. Even with a pre-built engine, he still decided to fabricate a customised intake manifold to make the packaging tighter. He calls this version the Black Bullet Scout, and it’s easy to see why.
The fact that this all-metal beauty wasn’t made in a factory on a production line makes it even more amazing to behold. And those lucky enough to be in South Dakota, the bike will be displayed in the town of Sturgis from the 31st of July to the 8th of August.
And after that, it’s to be ridden across the Bonneville Salt Flats in true Indian Motorcycles tradition.
