Today marks the opening of the very impressive Mazda 3S Centre in Permas Jaya, an investment by Azam Motors Sdn Bhd. The latest Mazda 3S centre is strategically located and all geared up to serve the needs of Mazda owners in Johor Bahru. Bermaz has an extensive dealer’s network comprising of 78 Mazda outlets nationwide and this launch in Permas Jaya marks the 31st 3S centres in the country.
The latest Mazda 3S centre has a total land area 45,000sq ft., and a built-up of 13,000sq ft. In addition to a fresh, spacious and inviting display area, which shows off the latest models such as the Mazda2, Mazda3, Mazda6, Biante and BT50, there is a service department featuring nine working bays. With a service staff of 19 personnel, this aftersales service facility has a capacity of up to 50 vehicles per day.
The Mazda 3S Centre at Permas Jaya is dedicated to providing the Mazda Peaceful Ownership Experience, a concept of putting the customer first from the moment they walk into the showroom to the after-sales service. Azam Motors has invested about RM3 Million in the Mazda 3S Centre @ Permas Jaya. This is the 3rd branch for Azam Motor. This Mazda dealer effectively covers the southern region. In addition to the Permas Jaya Centre for Johor Bahru market, there is the Taman Sutera Branch for the Skudai market, and also the Indahpura Branch to cater for the Kulai market. In the pipeline is another dedicated service centre in Skudai to cater to Mazda owners residing in the Skudai and Kulai areas.

I am writing to complain about the poor service i have received in your sales outlet (Sutera Branch) on 17/1/2020.
Your 3 sales agent was sitting and hanging over there when i drop by around 2.30pm. None of your sales agent approach when we look at the car. Finally, we’re walk to the sales counter and request brochure, the sales agent only pass us the brochure. Isn’t this is the service that you provide to your customer?
I hope that there will be improvements regarding your service soon.
