Land Rover has released the first teaser images of a brand new version of its flagship Range Rover that will be put on display for the first time at the New York Auto Show in April.
According to Land Rover, this will be “the most luxurious Range Rover ever produced”, but besides the car’s aesthetics, very little else is known. Pictures of what appears to be the car’s interior show exactly how lavish Land Rover intend to make the car, and there are indications that the exterior will be available in a two-tone finish, with quad exhausts.
Sister company Jaguar has also taken the opportunity to tease images of its new XF ahead of its official debut with a single interior and aerial photograph of the car being published.
Featuring a completely redesigned body, the 2016 XF is, as Design Director Ian Callum calls it, “the best looking car in its class.”
The interior shows wood trim, piano black accents and a three-spoke steering wheel. The car will ride on the iO[Al] platform, which features a lot of aluminium and will give at least on variant of the car a fuel efficiency rating of 4.0l/100km, according to Jaguar.
