Perodua is now offering 60 Limited Special Edition Myvi’s just to its female customers as part of its special campaign targeted at women.
“The Perodua’s Female Empowerment Movement, or FEM for short, is to treat our female customers to something unique – a special limited edition Perodua 1.5 Myvi, which is customised for the modern young woman in mind,” Perodua President and Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh said.
This special limited edition is available in Ivory White solid decorated with a trendy sticker design. For the interior, Perodua included leather seat covers with F.E.M logo as well as a leather trim finish.
The car also has an exclusive leather wrap steering, exclusive multimedia system with navigation and reverse camera, solar and security window film, carpet mat with FEM logo as well as an exclusive multipurpose container.
“All in all, he have included about RM4,000 worth of special features to capture the hearts and minds of the Malaysian woman. All this without increasing the price of the car,” Aminar said.
Numbering only 60 units, these special limited edition variants can only be purchased by FEM members on a first-come-first-serve-basis. To quality for this special offer, an applicant must be a woman and at least 18 years old. The second requirement is that the applicant must own a Perodua car, or at least drive one. Lastly, the person must register at www.peroduafem.com.my to be a part of this movement and she will be entitled to receive mystery birthday gift, to attend fun empowerment workshops, to be invited to Perodua launches and workshops.
In addition F.E.M members are given access to a dedicated microsite for interesting articles; they are also entitled for special discounts for F.E.M e-store purchase as well as privilege membership fee for the Perodua circle club.
The microsite www.peroduafem.com.my provides a virtual fun place for F.E.M members to socialise, share experiences, get relevant information about F.E.M or other related information on women issues.
“We target a membership of 10,000 women by the end of 2014,” Aminar added.
