Lamborghini has just unveiled the world’s most expensive car, a super-aggressive hypercar costing a staggering £3.36 million (priced more than the Koenigsegg Agera S). This super sexy looking Lamborghini is a limited edition hypercar which will be sold without a roof. The Veneno Roadster was designed by the Italian firm to drive like a race car while being entirely road legal making it one of the most extreme vehicles ever built.
This hyper car is expected to make its official debut at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show. The exterior is exactly the same the coupe, with the obvious exception of the roof. Lamborghini is going to produce only 4 units of Veneno Coupe, but the Roadster will be limited to 9 units and each will cost €3,300,000.
The power is coming from the well-known 6.5 liter naturally aspirated V12 with 750bhp and 720Nm. The 0-100 km/h time is in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of over 350 km/h (Koenigsegg Agera S acceleration: 0-100 km/h 2.9 sec and a top speed 400km/h). After all, you can always choose to buy an Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster for €300,000 and to order “Veneno” tuning package from a tuning company. The car was launched as part of Lamborghini’s 50th anniversary with the nine models being delivered in 2014.
