GT Asia Series organisers are proud to announce the confirmation of a new partnership with the Melco Group ‘City of Dreams’ Macau as a co-sponsor of the GT Asia Series at the finale held during the Macau Grand Prix. The Final Round of the GT Asia Series 2012 season will once again be held during the Macau Grand Prix running as part of the City of Dreams Macau GT Cup this 17th to 18th November. Paul Yao, CEO of Supercar Club Hong Kong, co-organiser of the GT Asia Series is delighted with the signing of the partnership with such an established company in the lifestyle industry scene such as Melco ‘City of Dreams’ Macau. For David Sonenscher, CEO of Motorsport Asia, co-organiser of the GT Asia Series the partnership symbolises another great recognition of the GT Asia Series brand. “This partnership signifies another great step as we are being recognised as a premier race Series in Asia being associated with one of the premier lifestyle and entertainment brands in Macau”. The GT Asia Series drivers will also have a grand warm welcome by the group when they are hosted during a Press Conference on 14th November at Hard Rock Hotel, City of DreamsMacau, to announce the partnership and to Welcome the drivers of the GT Asia Series.
The GT Asia Series will conclude the 2012 season at the 59th Macau Grand Prix with Qualifying 1 held at 1.55pm on Friday, 16th November 2012 with Qualifying 2 on Saturday, 17thNovember at 12.50pm. The 12-lap season finale will be held on Sunday, 18th November at 9am. The 2012 GT Asia Series is supported by, Yokohama ADVAN, Graham Timekeepers, KW Automotive, AutoArt, Melco ‘City of Dreams’ Macau, Yumin Restaurant, Cody Enterprises and RaceRoom. The GT Asia Series is jointly organised by Motorsport Asia and Supercar Club Hong Kong.
