NEW RM15 Million HONDA 3S Centre In Penang

Vivahill Auto Sdn Bhd a Honda dealership in Penang has just become a full-fledged 3S Centre offering Sales, Services and Spare Parts under one roof. With an investment of RM15 million, Vivahill Auto’s relocation is timely and in line with its commitment to provide better accessibility and higher quality services to Honda customers in Penang. Previously, Vivahill Auto was operating from a showroom located at Sungai Nibong and supported by a service centre that was situated in Bayan Lepas. Despite the physical distance, the team at Vivahill Auto has always been able to maintain customer satisfaction and quality services in its sales and after-sales services. 
“Vivahill Auto has come a long way since we were established in 1997. We have continuously strived to evolve and progress according to the changing needs of our customers in Penang. With this new 28,500 square feet 3S Centre, our customers can look forward to an improved Honda experience from the moment they step into our vicinity to the moment they leave for home,” said Ms. Tan Yean Ping, Managing Director of Vivahill Auto.

Mr. Yoichiro Ueno, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Honda Malaysia was the guest of honour at the Grand Opening. Honda’s sales in Penang have increased by more than 12 times. Last year, sales in Penang increased by 14%, achieving 4,121 units of sales as compared to 3,534 units in 2009.The best-selling Completely Knocked Down (CKD) model in Penang is the Honda City while the best-selling Completely Build-Up (CBU) model is the Honda Insight. Between January to October this year, 458 units of the Insight were sold in Penang, which accounts to 11% of the total sales for the Honda Insight. There are currently six Honda dealers, five of which are 3S Centres. The 3S concept is an important component of Honda Malaysia’s policy of prioritising customer satisfaction while creating an enjoyable customer experience.  Honda believes that when a purchase is made, a life-long relationship with the customer is forged. Therefore, it is of utmost importance for Honda to nurture these relationships by providing consistent excellent services that are of the highest quality. It also reinforces Honda Malaysia’s goal to achieve Lifetime Ownership Loyalty among its customers.

Since its establishment, Honda Malaysia has been working closely with its dealers to improve their services by acquiring the 3S status so as to provide a total package of service and convenience to customers nationwide.
